There are no scientific studies available at present on the uptake of strontium carbonate nanoparticles (SrCO3) via the skin.

Uptake of nanoparticles via the skin is mainly studied for cosmetic or pharmaceutical products such as suncreams. Since no such products containing strontium carbonate are known or planned, direct contact of SrCO3 nanoparticles with the skin, for the time being, is rather unlikely.
