Pollen of contaminated plants or water droplets can be carriers for nanomaterials. Bees and bumblebees are potentially exposed to those nanoparticles, caused e.g. by the increased usage of nanofertilizer and nanopesticides. Do nanomaterials pose a threat to pollinators?
